Privacy at CriTV

Last updated: September 4, 2026

What this service is

CriTV is a volunteer-led, pre-launch media project. Its private media bank is available only to people whose email address has been provisioned by a project administrator.

Google sign-in data

Google is used only to authenticate your identity through Cloudflare Access. The service may receive your Google account email address, display name, profile image, identity provider and a stable account identifier. CriTV does not request access to Google Drive, Gmail, contacts, calendars or other Google account content.

How data is used

Identity data is used to match you to an authorized CriTV account, display your profile, enforce your role and record security-relevant activity. Media links, authorized uploads, descriptions, categories and tags are stored so the team can operate the media bank.

Storage and sharing

Account and media metadata are stored in Cloudflare D1. Authorized uploaded files are kept in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. CriTV does not sell personal data. Data is shared with Cloudflare and Google only as needed to provide authentication, hosting and storage.

Access and removal

Project administrators can disable an account immediately. Team members may ask an administrator through the established team channel to review, correct or remove their account data, subject to security and audit-record obligations.

Changes

This notice will be updated when the service or its data practices change. The current version will remain available at this address.
